Marta Kristin Fridriksdottir moved in 2017 to Vienna and began her bachelor studies in singing at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW) aws. Marta Fridriksdottir completed her bachelor’s degree in 2021 and started her master’s degree at the same University. The young soprano has taken part in prestigious classical singing competitions with good success Download Tomb Raider. In 2022 she sang in the orchestra finals of the  Hans Gabor Belvedere singing competition in Jurmala, Latvia. And in 2019 she made it to the final round of the renowned singing competition Neue Stimmen, held in Gütersloh, Germany aistarter.
